Get ready for surf rock, retro music and swinging 60s vibes!
Join Instructor Portia Favro for a giggly, jiggly workshop learning anthemic 1960’s go-go techniques,
stamina-building tricks and how to maintain stage presence even when you’re all shaken out!
Portia will share some iconic movements, secrets and techniques that are quintessentially go-go. You will
enjoy a great workout in this workshop masterclass, while expanding your overall dance skillset within this
fast-paced class.
WHAT DO YOU WEAR?
Workout clothing, shimmy sets, anything you are comfortable moving in!

Free your mind + the rest will follow.
In this workshop we’ll explore hyper-sexual movement with an unapologetic attitude. We’ll turn the lights down low + embrace our inner slutty slut slut dance time movement.
Basically, let’s just have a fun time + f*ck the patriarchy telling us how to move our bodies.
WHAT DO YOU WEAR?
Heels, bare feet, socks, sexy clothes, sweatpants, Pleasers...whatever you want! As there might be moments on the floor in either choreography or warm-up, kneepads are always a good idea if you have sensitive joints.
