Interested in a studio rental? The Funktion House is available for both rehearsal rentals and class/workshop rentals.

Rehearsal Rental:
$15/hr

Host a Workshop or Class Rental:
$20/hr (Daytime)
or
$25/hr (Evening - daily after 5pm)

Space:
700 sq ft (including washroom/storage) - ideal for max 8 performers (depending on content/space usage)
AC/Heating
Private washroom
Accessibility: Up one steep slight of  stairs on the 2nd floor

We now offer monthly subscription packages.

HOW IT WORKS:

Auto-billed monthly from the date of your first booking
Cancel anytime (current month is non-refundable once billed; cancellation stops the next billing cycle)
Access to a private WhatsApp group booking chat & shared calendar
Booking requests are approved and added to the calendar within 8 hours by The Funktion

RATES

6 hrs/month - $12.50/hr = $75.00/month + tax

8 hrs/month - $10.50/hr = $84.00/month + tax
(Additional hours beyond 8 billed at $10.50/hr as needed)
